xlegit is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp, X, Inc., Twitter, Inc., or any successor entity. References to “X” throughout this site and the extension describe only compatibility with the X website.

Trademarks

“X” and the X logo are trademarks of their respective owners. We do not display the X logo, the stylized X glyph, or X’s color palette anywhere in the Service. We create our own branding and interface artwork. Profile images shown in public reports are third-party content.

The score is an estimate

The trust score xlegit assigns to a profile estimates risk from public profile signals. Community reports are displayed separately and do not change the numeric score. It is not a verdict and should not be the sole basis for any decision you make about another user. xlegit makes no representation that any score is accurate, complete, or up-to-date.

Community reports

Community reports are submitted by xlegit users. Each report carries the opinion of its submitter and is weighted by reporter reputation. We do not endorse, verify, or fact-check individual reports.

Nothing in xlegit constitutes legal, financial, security, or other professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions that warrant one.

Reporting concerns

If a score or report describes your own account and you believe it is wrong, use the dispute form. We acknowledge within 72 hours and decide within 30 days. You can also ask us to withhold the score entirely. Other concerns about a profile go to support@xlegit.xyz. Unlawful content and trademark matters go to abuse@xlegit.xyz.
